In 2015, Bacardi launched their first SHE Summit in Miami, FL for their global employees, suppliers and the local southern Florida business community. The initiative has made Bacardi a spirits company leader in empowering women, and accelerated its internal diversity programs globally. Bacardi has executed 3 summits in Florida, and expanded to Dallas and London.
